You get the whole team

We offer proven proprietary approaches combined with innovative technology.

"Brian made the process as simple as process for a first-time seller. He walked me through all the steps, gave me a clear sense of timing, provided great tips and recommendations, and made the work as simple as possible for me all while having a great, positive attitude. My unit went well over listing price and I'm confident that Brian had much to do with it. I plan to use Brian for the purchase of my new place." -Natalie, Past Client

More Service - More Net Profit

Our listings come with an array of complimentary services from a professional home staging consultation to discounted home inspections.  No need to hire a general contractor as we have one on our team. No need to take out a line of equity or spend a dime as we have a free line of credit. A higher sold price along with less seller spending means a higher profit.  Much higher.

Trained Experts - Managing Experts

Although Brian, and his team, are knowledgeable certified experts in specialties such as staging and home renovations, we understand the importance of focusing our attention on the management of these specialists.  This allows the best work to be completed and every detail to be perfected.

More Experience - More Hustle

Brian’s team has a high degree of experience, expert knowledge, and resources to market luxury homes, single-family, multi-residential investment homes, co-ops, condos, new construction, and land - Both on and off-market. A home seller usually has to choose between experience or hustle - Not with us as we will always have the energy, dedication, and hustle from when we first started.

Did you know?

A real estate agent is not licensed, insured, or bonded to oversee any work being done in your home; If a real estate agent acts as a general contractor (or middleman), and damages or injuries occur in the home, the homeowner is liable.

Home sellers, especially the caliber of our clients, expect and deserve full service. Our in-house general contractor (licensed, bonded, insured) oversees and manages the photographer, stager, cleaners, and any construction tradespeople - Keeping this process safe and effortless for you.

Does your home need work?

Our incredibly unique service combines our in-house general contractor (licensed, bonded, insured) with Compass Concierge, a 0% interest line of credit to fix, update, and perfect your home before listing. Perfect preparation without you having to lift a finger or manage various tradespeople. Let us keep you safe while keeping things simple for you.

Cinematic Media

Shown on all the popular home search apps, our highly acclaimed, fully dialogued, and uniquely produced video shows off important details, catches buyers’ attention, and makes the home more memorable. Click the image to watch a past video!

Interactive Media

Keep buyers looking at your listing longer to have them remember your home easier. Stand out amongst thousands of listing photos with a personalized webpage for your home with a full suite of visuals such as a dollhouse view, floor plans with measurements, and 3D interactive tour with VR and 4k capabilities. Stunning Photography

True professional photography is about lighting, not HDR filters; composition not editing; timing and not brightening. BH Group listings routinely receive compliments on the photographers we use as we only contract ones who use traditional techniques and not quick photo fixes. Pictures pop, features are shown off, and scenes become memories. More importantly, we accurately represent the home. Click the image to see more samples of our listing photography.

Premium Print

The premium textures, aesthetics, and weight of our flyers, postcards, and information sheets are a direct representation of your home. Experts designed and built your home; Experts should design your home's representation. You won’t find us using a flyer template to just print wasteful flyers to carelessly leave somewhere - Our print materials are created by designers, to be printed on only high-end finishes, and strategically distributed by marketing experts.

Buying AND Selling?

We have many options to buy before selling, sell before buying, or buy while selling. One way to buy before selling is with either a cross-collateral loan or a bridge loan. We have a network of competitive, creative, and knowledgeable lenders to help you understand all your options. We will tailor a combined buying & selling timeline, specific to you, together. In the meantime, check out the typical buyer’s timeline here.

Open Houses

We hold open houses because we believe in their effectiveness and not to simply please the seller. Similar to the rest of our marketing, our signage, balloons, and prints will be eye-catching yet classy - After all, we are a direct representation of you and your home.

Marketing Syndication

Your home will appear on thousands of websites through professional marketing syndication. This combined with social media presence, paid ad placement, and “targeting/retargeting”, creates a global presence of your home.

Diligent Communication

Daily/Weekly updates with sentiments, video, statistics, competing listing previews, and updated comparative market analysis.
