From the sellers

Top things we’ll miss about living here:

  • Walking down to Matador and 8 oz Burger for a bite, and then coming home to the quiet streets off of Market Street.

  • Clear mornings that took our breath away with unreal views of Mount Rainier from our bedroom windows.

  • Making dinner in the kitchen while my partner played with our dog in the living room, catching each other up on our days.

  • Avoiding the run up & down stairs when nature calls with a bathroom on every floor. Thinking we’d never need all the bathrooms, but being grateful when we did!

  • A separate space for my mom & dad to sleep & an en-suite bathroom so that they could comfortably stay with us for weeks at a time when they flew cross-country.

  • Reading a book in the backyard, enjoying the quiet and private space for fresh air.

  • My partner gaming in the bedroom downstairs that we used as an office- not disturbing my reality TV show marathons on the floor above- even when he yelled into the headset ;)

  • Peaceful walks with our dog to the Ballard playfield for kickball games every Sunday.

  • Never having to negotiate for closet space with separate double closets in the primary bedroom.

  • Coming home from a day of work to our dog playing sentry in the living room window, and his wiggles when he saw us pulling into the driveway.

  • Location, location location! It’s such a quick walk to all of our favorite spots. It made last minute planning outings so easy. We’ve made a list of some of the many locations that we loved living near below
