Compass App + Brian’s Custom Preview Videos
Not only do my buyers receive the benefits of the Compass app’s reliable search and communication features, but I also make customized preview videos of homes you are interested in, that only you can see, directly inside the home’s listing in the app. These videos allow me to show you features I think you’ll like or dislike about the home, measurements, what the windows look out onto, etc, saving you time and energy during your search process. Most preview videos are about 15 minutes in length, but to give you an idea of what to expect, here’s a “fast-forwarded” version of a video from a past client’s search.

Adjust notifications in settings to my recommended settings, by following the video steps - to ensure you don’t miss messages from me
Using your Compass App
Add homes to our shared collection which then can be seen by the other parties of that collection
Enter any comments (including notes and questions) into each listing. We can reply and chat inside each listing to keep our thoughts organized per listing
Look out for google drive links in a listing’s comments - that is how I upload important listing docs and preview videos that I took for you!
