How it works
You and your agent work together to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.
*Once you establish the estimated funds needed, you may apply for the loan, which simply takes 15 minutes to fill out. Please note: this program requires equity in your home as follows: equity should be double the amount requested for funds (example: if you request $10,000 in funds for home improvements through Compass, to be eligible for the loan you need at least $20,000 in equity).Loan approval typically takes 3-5 business days.
*Homes need to be listed within 90 days of when the funds are made availableOnce the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.
You'll pay for the services when one of the following happens — your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.
