Apply for Compass Concierge Funds
Click the button below to begin your application
Compass' finance program, Concierge, allows for easy access to funds with no interest and no hidden fees to pay for the upgrades/ construction. There is a short application (about 5 minutes long). Use the button above to start your application.
The application will ask how much money your are requesting. Please request $25,000. Although not all clients will need the full amount, if something comes up during an inspection, having extra funds available is very helpful. There is no penalty for using less than you apply for, but the available funds cannot be increased at a later time, so it’s best to apply for the maximum amount available.
680+ credit score needed. There is no impact on your credit to apply- the credit check is a soft check.
Once you've been approved, you'll have a few options to access the funds - the fastest and most convenient, and preferred by our contractors, will involve transferring the funds to your bank account. Concierge will walk you through how to transfer the funds to your bank account once you have been approved. Please be sure to start the transfer of funds process as soon as you have been approved, as it can take up to one week before it hits your account after the transfer is initiated.
Apply for up to $25,000 for just a $400 flat fee.
Available for properties with a list price of up to $3,000,000.
Compass covers the majority of the cost to keep these projects as affordable as possible, with only the initial (one time) flat fee to access these funds.
For listings at higher price points, OR that require more than $25,000 of work, sellers will now have access to apply for up to $75,000 in funds.
Available for properties with a list price less than $5,000,000
Applicants leveraging this expanded offering will be subject to a 9.99% Interest Rate and a 2.99% Origination Fee on used funds. This works more like a credit line, where clients are only charged interest on the loan amount they use per month, over the duration of the loan.
