From the Seller:
Dear Buyer,
We’ll miss a lot about this home including the wrap-around deck that is large enough to host outdoor dinners and parties but also makes a great place to sit in the sun with a good book. We were able to keep our windows open enjoying sunlight and privacy with the golf course across the street (our dog will miss watching the golfers, we would joke it’s her favorite sport). The layout is amazing, with a master suite that feels like a world away and an open layout perfect for chatting while cooking. To us, it felt like the layout of a single-family home but we got to enjoy the convenience of condo living. Between the storage unit downstairs and all of the closet space, there was room to store everything for our PNW adventures.
The Interbay neighborhood is in the center of it all. We loved being just minutes away from everything Ballard, Queen Anne, and Magnolia have to offer (La Palma, Molly Moon’s, and Peddler’s were some favorite spots). Seattle landmarks with iconic views like Kerry Park and Discovery Park are just minutes away (and make for a great place to eat that Molly Moon’s ice cream). When we wanted to hop on the bus to go to downtown, Ballard, or Fremont, we could watch the app and head to the bus when it was minutes away and be wherever we wanted to go in just a few stops.
