What the seller loves about this home:
This condo has everything I could want. Though in the city, it is on a quiet, quaint, tree-lined street. Built in 1907, the building has all the charm you'd expect in a brownstone. In the winter time, it is so warm and inviting it is my absolute favorite place to be. I turn on the gas fireplace and warm lamps and I am in awe of this space and how comfortable I feel. Have you ever heard of the Scandinavian concept of Hygge? That is how I feel about my place in the winter. My favorite time of year to host a dinner party.

In the summer, the location is impossible to beat. The trees outside the windows become thick with green leaves, looking out from the living room almost feels like you are in a tree house. When I walk out my front door and look up at the space needle on my walk down to pike place (less than a mile), I feel like I am in some sort of Rom Com about Seattle. Less than half a mile walk and I am at a beautiful waterfront park with views of Rainier, and steps from the Sculpture Park.
