This project was needed fairly extensive cosmetic changes, as well as many repairs. The home has not been renovated in over 60 years.  When the owner passed away, and the adult children inherited the home, they realized they needed to sell the home. But after they had gone through the home deciding what personal items to keep, they were tired, and didn’t want to lift a finger.

They consulted with a few other teams before choosing to work with BH Group, because we not only were able to manage all of the vendors through our in house contractor, but were also able to provide a vision for the project and laid out clear costs for the vision, with an analysis of the resultant profit compared to selling the home without any work. Additionally, through our Concierge program, the seller was able to finance the project without paying interest, providing the needed flexibility to get the work completed and the home sold for top dollar.
