Absolutely - I regularly find/transact off-market homes for clients. For my active homebuyers, I have several methods to search for off-market homes for sale; For my sellers, I have several methods of looking for a buyer without being on the market. There are pros and cons to buying/selling off-market but I’ll tailor our steps to best benefit your specific circumstance and goal.

My favorite! Though my ego loves hearing about how much better I serve my clients than their prior agent(s) had, my real estate practice works very well for first-time, up/down-sizing, and relocation clients alike. This is because I simply focus on transparency, identifying all possible options, and guidance through each step - A process all of my varying clients have loved! Plus TBH, no one really remembers the process when they bought their previous home and I go over everything as if they are a first time home buyer even if it’s their 2nd or 3rd home!

Yesterday! I have resources to help you learn how to effectively prepare to become a home seller or to prepare for a home hunt. I get paid the same whether you just use me to only negotiate an offer or if you have me help you navigate the many resources for buyers and sellers; I am paid the same whether I work one day or one year for you. However it is monumentally easier for me to give you better advice and strategize negotiations the longer we have worked together!
