Absolutely - We regularly find/transact off-market homes for buyers and/or sellers. For our active home buyers, we have several methods to search for off-market homes for sale; For our sellers, we have several methods of looking for a buyer without being on the market. There are pros and cons to buying/selling off-market but we’ll tailor our search/sale to benefit your specific circumstance best.
